In the Tenne Lodges & Chalets
- The prices on this website are per person and night in the Tenne Lodges including half board with a minimum occupancy of 2 people per lodge. In the Tenne Chalets, the prices do not include meals.
- The prices on this website imply a minimum stay of 3 nights. For stays of 1 or 2 nights a surcharge will be applied.
- We charge a surcharge for single occupancy in the Mountain Lodge that differs depending on the season.
- In the Mountain and Superior Lodges, children up to 9 years old receive a 50% discount, children/young adults between 10 and 18 years receive a 20% discount.
- In the Family Mountain Lodge and the Family Superior Lodge, the 20% reduction applies regardless of age.
- A lodge or chalet can also be booked for a whole season. We are pleased to send you an individual offer.
- We charge 30 euros per day for your pet (without food). The hotel reserves the right to impose an extra final cleaning surcharge, if necessary. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining room and in the spa area.
- For all guests over the age of 14, a local tax is charged per person per day to the municipality of Ratschings, which is not included in the total price.
About your reservation
Payment and cancellation terms
- A deposit of approx. 30% of the total amount booked must be paid by credit card or bank transfer at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance will be paid directly at the property on site.
- The following cancellation conditions apply in case you need to cancel your holiday: there are no cancellation costs up to 4 or more weeks before your arrival. In the period between 4 and 2 weeks before your arrival 50% of the booking amount needs to be paid. In case you do not arrive for your holiday with us or cancel in the last 2 weeks before your stay with us the full amount of the booking price needs to be paid.
- Obviously, these cancellation fees can be avoided by taking out a travel insurance. We recommend our HR travel insurance (10 € per night and room).
